a. Service Cancellation by Client:

  • Clients may cancel service orders within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund, provided that the project work has not yet commenced.

  • After 24 hours or once work has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund and will be assessed based on the amount of work completed.

b. Monthly/Recurring Services:

  • For monthly services (e.g., WordPress maintenance, social media management), you may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • However, once the current billing cycle has started, no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.


2. Refund Policy

a. Web Design & Development:

  • 100% Refund if the project is cancelled before development starts.

  • 50% Refund if less than 50% of the project is completed.

  • No Refund if more than 50% of the project is completed or if the project is fully delivered.

b. Graphic Design:

  • If design work has not started, you’re eligible for a full refund.

  • If initial concepts have been shared, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided.

  • Once final designs are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

c. Digital Marketing & Social Media Services:

  • For paid social media management or ad campaigns, no refunds are applicable once the campaign has started or been approved.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registration, hosting, and third-party plugin/theme purchases.

  • Urgent or rush delivery jobs after confirmation.

  • Custom-coded functionalities once delivered and approved.
